Registration Instructions

– Fill in all the fields including the Captcha code at the bottom of the form.
– Reserve your spot in the class by clicking the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page.
– Send us your deposit check promptly so we can confirm your enrollment.

Terms of Enrollment

All classes are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. We must receive a non-refundable tuition deposit within 14 days of your registration to guarantee your enrollment in the class (see the class description to confirm the deposit amount). The tuition balance is due 30 days prior to the start date of your class. Failure to pay the balance due on time will terminate your enrollment and your deposit will be forfeited. By submitting this form you are indicating that you understand and agree to these terms.
