Workshop Description: (2 Days - 4 Students)
Let's face it – guitar necks move around and frets wear out. This workshop will teach you the fundamentals of how to do the proverbial fret-job on acoustic guitars with confidence. Completion of one of our courses, or some prior instrument making experience is recommended to attend this class. If your experience is limited, please contact us so we can review your qualifications together.

Planing and re-crowning the fingerboard
Installing new frets
Leveling the frets
Re-crowning and polishing the frets
Lubricating the fingerboard

Fine tuning the nut and saddle
