Workshop Description: (1 Day - 4 Students)
For many new builders understanding how the fingerboard and bridge dimensions, scale length, neck angle, bridge position, soundhole location, and bracing layout all relate to each other is perplexing and confusing. In this workshop we will demystify this relationship and show you how all these elements are interrelated. You will come away from the workshop with the ability to layout virtually any acoustic guitar with complete confidence.
If you have a guitar design you would like to work with you are welcome to bring it along. If not, we can layout a hypothetical instrument that you can learn from and apply to your next project.
